This 360t casting crane is one of the representative “large tonnage” crane products in our factory’s premium product strategy, and is currently the casting crane with the largest lifting capacity in China.

The crane’s bridge and trolley frame are integrally machined using the company’s large-scale processing equipment, effectively improving assembly precision and performance. The basic transmission system primarily utilizes fully digital thyristor stator voltage regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation, featuring self-diagnosis of faults and precise operational positioning. All mechanisms are redundantly designed, and combined with a safety monitoring system, this ensures and enhances the reliability and stability of the crane’s operation.

Currently, amidst the company’s vibrant production atmosphere of Quality Improvement Month, all employees firmly uphold the production philosophy of “uncompromising management and ruthless quality control.” Eighteen quality improvement teams comprehensively ensure quality and safety in all aspects of production and operation, including products, services, technology, supply, and safety and hygiene, delivering satisfactory results to customers and the market. The company’s high-quality cranes, including a 250t gantry crane for a hydropower station, a 160t double-girder casting crane for Meishan Iron & Steel, a 200t four-girder casting crane for Maanshan Iron & Steel, and a 280t four-girder casting crane for Chengdu Metallurgical, are widely used in major industrial sectors such as hydropower stations and metallurgy, demonstrating the company’s strength in technological research and development and manufacturing.
